CANCELLATION POLICY
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least a 24 hour notice. All no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged a fee of 50% of the service that you were scheduled for. Clients that no-show or cancel within 24 hours will lose any deposit you’ve paid towards your appointment, and will be required to pay the full price of the service upfront to reschedule. We will do our best to work with you if you are rescheduling within the 24 hour window. Please message us with any questions! Thank you.
